Safeguard Security’s professional alarm response service takes the hassle out of protecting your premises and provides valuable peace of mind 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

With nominated key holders, if your alarm system is activated, a response officer will swiftly arrive on sight to investigate, assess the situation and reset the alarm. A response officer deals with all aspects of a buildings security. If a serious incident takes place such as theft, flood or fire our officers will resolve the situation, for example liaising with the emergency services and arranging locksmiths or glaziers. Then they will reset the alarm. Our officers won’t leave until the premises are safe and secure.

We can offer an independent response service or we are happy to accompany a member of staff to any incident, providing additional support and conducting a full check of the premises.
